About

Hey! I’m Aleshia and I’m glad you’re here.
I’m a senior living and healthcare marketing leader with 10+ years of experience, and I help marketing departments scale and generate impact through strategy, systems, and heart. I started my career in nonprofit marketing, where I learned early that results matter and so do people. That foundation shaped everything that came next, including how I lead, how I build teams, and how I approach marketing as both an operational function and a human one.
Since 2015, I have also supported organizations through freelance and consulting work. While I do not consult today, those years sharpened how I see marketing departments. I learned how to identify where things get stuck, what teams need to execute consistently, and how to build infrastructure that supports both outcomes and the people behind the work.
I’m proud of what I have helped teams accomplish, including generating over $300,000 for a nonprofit scholarship and tuition assistance fund, doubling lead-to-move-in rates within 60 days through strategic bot and spam mitigation efforts, and leading a 4-part direct mail campaign that delivered approximately $720,000 in projected gross revenue over 18 months, based on $10,000 per month.
I’m also the author of Marketing Automation for Beginners (2025), created for leaders and teams who want to build smarter systems without the overwhelm.
Outside of work, I value slow living. I love going for walks, spending time in the sun (not too much though), reading, and doing what I need to stay centered. I also love historical shows and documentaries. I am married, have a young daughter, and we have a rescue dog.
If you are looking for a speaker who brings operational depth, leadership clarity, and warmth to the conversation, I would love to connect.
