Nourishing Seniors is a seasonal digital cookbook series created to highlight Provision Living’s culinary team and their commitment to hospitality and wellness. I led content strategy and project management, partnering with chefs to curate resident-favorite recipes and collaborating with our designer on layout. The cookbook was distributed via our Partners in Care email to over 2,000 referral partners and repurposed into Pinterest content and printable recipe cards. Sales teams used it as a personalized follow-up tool with prospective families. This ongoing content series strengthened partner engagement and elevated our dining program as a brand differentiator.

I created a series of personalized tour flyers to support Directors of Sales during prospect visits. I identified six key topics most relevant to prospective families, wrote targeted copy for each, and aligned the tone with our brand voice. These flyers helped sales teams tailor tours to specific needs and concerns, reinforcing value and connection in the moment. I uploaded the assets to our internal store for on-demand access and managed the print production for each community. This project strengthened our sales enablement toolkit and supported more meaningful, needs-based conversations during tours.

Assets ranged from certificates and signage to drink tickets and custom awards, all crafted to create a professional, memorable event experience. Using platforms like Asana, Outlook, Dropbox, and Google Sheets, I streamlined workflow and vendor communication for seamless execution. This effort resulted in a flawlessly branded conference that elevated the company’s internal and external engagement.
